As one of the Midwest's largest executive charter operators, Planemasters transports clients to and from their destination quickly and safely in the comfort of private aircraft, offering freedom from cancelled flights, inconvenient connections, and general airport chaos by providing direct access to remote locations around the globe.

The Challenge: Flying Under the Radar
For many years, Planemasters had a web site. But it did not reflect the quality, service and excellence of the Planemasters brand or reputation. Further, as Todd DeSimone states, "When our customers need an airplane, they need it fast. Unless they were searching for us by name, our rank was so low on the search engines they never found us through a general search."

Having grown for years through word of mouth referral, Planemasters was ready to leverage the Internet to increase their exposure in the marketplace and drive new sales.

The Solution: Broadcasting Their Call Sign
That's when they turned to Whoast. To meet Planemasters' needs for increased market exposure and new sales, Whoast began by redesigning Planemasters' web site. As part of that redesign, Whoast made sure the site was optimized for search, so their organic rankings would increase. Whoast also built effective Pay-Per-Click ad campaigns to augment Planemasters' organic results, and ensure Planemasters would be visible when prospects went searching for executive charter operators.

As Todd explains, "Our report showed us what keywords our customers were using and we built those into our site. Now that we're optimized and have a linking strategy, we're at the top – where our customers can find us!"
